The Best Happy Hours in Reno

a group of people sitting at a table with a plate of food

There’s rarely an unhappy moment when noshing on shared plates and throwing back drinks, but good pub and grub is always made happier when a good deal is involved. Sometimes it’s $2 off your favorite apps or $5 for all draught beers, maybe $7 even for house cocktails. We’re talking, of course, about the most jovial of periods, the cheerfullest minutes strung together- Happy Hour! Grab your pals and grab a spot at the best Reno happy hours!

Bistro Napa

3800 S Virginia St, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, Reno, NV

Daily 4-6 pm

This upscale establishment in the Atlantis is the type of place you go to indulge. Their decadent dishes and old-school fine dining vibes, make it ideal for celebrations, but their daily happy hour, which offers half-off a wide selection of small plates, gives you a reason to celebrate every day. Treat yourself to clams in white wine, oysters on the half shell and calamari in a crispy buttermilk crust! Wash it all down with a glass from their 4,000 bottle wine cellar.

Old Granite Street Eatery

243 S. Sierra St

Monday – Friday 3-6pm

This rustic-chic bar housed in the historic Sierra Street building, is a great spot for classic comfort foods, with a seasonal flare. Grab a booth with a group, or go solo and scooch up to the community table to enjoy ½ off drafts and wine by the glass. Soak up the booze by treating yourself to the 2 for $10 snack options! Make way for the sweet bacon chips!

Washoe Public House

275 Hill Street

Monday – Friday 4-6pm

Grab a patio seat and pig out on $4 appetizers while swinging back glasses of house wine and draft beer at 50% off! Indulgences included pretzel bites which become addicting when drenched in beer cheese sauce and corn fritters with a kick of chipotle aioli. Beware: these bites are addicting. But hey at $4 a pop, why not get 3 of each?

Little Waldorf Saloon

1661 N Virginia St

Monday – Friday 4-7pm

There’s nothing little about the happy hour deals at this Reno institution. Ogle the Western memorabilia while chowing down on $2.99 comfort food favorites (read: fried zucchini & corn dog nuggets). The booze is also a steal, with half off wine, beer, and well drinks. On top of the daily happy hour, every day brings a new deal like 2 Cent Tuesday, where all non-well drinks are only $.02 more!
