The snow is starting to melt making way for precious produce to sprout. Reno’s restaurants are reveling in the delicious bounty of the new season and we can’t wait to taste through the changing menus around town. Here are some of the awesome spring-inspired dishes and drinks to try right now!

1. Killer Bee’s – Death & Taxes

This complex and invigorating cocktail starts with Barr Hill Gin, a honey-infused that balancing the juniper flavors with floral honey notes. The drink features bright citrus flavors, from lemon and orange peel centric RinomatoAperitivo, a luscious mouthfeel courtesy of egg white while honeycomb brings the ideal pop of sweet. Perfect for sipping on their patio on a sunny spring day.

2.Heirloom Carrots- Liberty Food & Wine Exchange

Liberty Food and Wine is always bringing exciting flavor combinations with a hyperlocal focus and their heirloom carrots roasted in cumin and Vadouvan curry yogurt are no exception.
